General conditions of the rates

WIFI PREMIUM
The service price is €5 per month, including the first extender device, equipment upgrades, wifi support, and maintenance.
Additional extender devices €2.50 each per month, in addition to the service cost.
PROMO ADDITIONAL LINES
Add additional mobile lines free for 4 months. Applies to current or new customers who contract new additional lines.
Maximum of two additional lines per customer, which must be inferior to the main line of the contract.
Special offer subject to a 12-month commitment.
TELFY MOBILE BUSINESS POINT
Telfy mobile wifi system. Easy to install, small size, and low power consumption.
Its installation is subject to availability in the area where your business is located. If coverage is complete, it will not be possible to install the wifi point.
Contracting includes 6 months of free advertising on our channels, including the production of the spot.
ON/OFF RATES
ON/OFF Connection service available for a €3/month fee.
Installation price: €100.
No minimum commitment on the first connection.
Wi-Fi router included.
Promotion subject to availability and current commercial conditions.
SECOND CONNECTION RATES
Service subject to a 12-month contract. Wi-Fi router included in the deposit. Installation fee: €50.
Limited to one additional connection per account holder, with proof required that both residences belong to the same account holder.
Telfy TV service is included if you already have it contracted on the main connection.
FRIENDS
Special offer applicable for current customers who accompany new customers at sign-up, provided the new subscriber is in the coverage area of the Telfy fiber or wimax network.
The Special offer will be applicable only when a current customer comes accompanied by a potential subscriber.

ZapiTV App service. Simultaneous playback limited to two devices. The decoder can be purchased for 100€. This option does not include maintenance or equipment replacement.

  • 7,5€ per month without TelfyTV service.
ZapiTV App service + decoder. Simultaneous playback limited by IP location of the home.

Enjoy TV
Service only available to current and new television customers. Now you can watch it all with Enjoy TV for only 5€/month.

MOBILE

MOBILE
Free calls between Telfy mobiles.
Responsible use policy will be applied, maximum 5000 mins of free calls between Telfy mobile lines with data. Unlimited calls: maximum 3000 mins to national mobiles and landlines or maximum 250 destinations. Does not include calls to mobiles or special rate numbers.
Call cost 0.6€/min incl. VAT + 0.18€ incl. VAT (Call establishment).
Internet 1GB at maximum speed. After the contracted Gigabyte is exceeded, the speed drops to 32kbps.
National SMS 0,12€ incl. VAT | International SMS 0,61€ incl. VAT.
Mobile only rates:
  • MOBILE 3GB with 100 call minutes + 3GB for 5€
  • MOBILE 20GB with unlimited calls + 20GB for 6,90€
  • MOBILE 120GB with unlimited calls + 120GB for 10€
  • MOBILE UNLIMITED with unlimited calls + Unlimited GB for 15€
All INTERNET + MOBILE + TV packages include the MOBILE 120GB line.
You can upgrade the included MOBILE 120GB line to MOBILE UNLIMITED for +5€/month.
Additional mobile lines
  • Any available mobile plan can be added as an additional line.
  • Additional lines must be equal to or lower than the main line included in the contracted package.
INTERNATIONAL PACKS
Calls to international mobiles in countries listed below.
With lite rate, the international bonus of 300min for €7.50/month/line is compatible. Customers with other Fantabulosa/Plan Vive packages can subscribe to a 1000-min bonus for €5/month/line.
It will be possible to subscribe to as many bonuses as mobile lines associated with the package, except for the 50-min tariff to which it will not apply as either primary or additional.
Once the bonus is consumed, the call price varies by country.

All our tariffs with data speeds equal to or greater than 3GB have 4G.
The price per SMS in mobile packs is 0.15€ VAT included.
RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY
It will be considered an unreasonable use of the services if the usage exceeds the customer’s personal use as a consumer, or is not intended for the normal private consumption expected under each contracted rate. It will also be considered unreasonable use if such usage represents a significantly abnormal use of the contracted services.
